Joshua R. Shoumer is the founding attorney of the Shoumer Law Group. He focuses his practice on representing landlords, management companies, and investors in a wide variety of housing, habitability, and real estate related issues. He has also served as a consultant and mediator in dozens of instances to facilitate informal dispute resolution, saving his clients unnecessary legal expenses.
Prior to founding the firm, Joshua spent two years as an associate attorney in the products liability practice group of Foley & Mansfield, a national litigation firm in Los Angeles. He focused on general liability and civil litigation with an emphasis in toxic and mass tort defense.
